Why Home Based Businesses Need More Women Leaders: Empowering Young Women

A strong, confident man will tell you that in order to take a business to the next level, you need women in leadership. There are characteristics that women have that allow them to transform anything that they put their hands on.

The key in the 21st century is empowering young women to lead next. Who is going to the be the next batch of sharp women that take your organization to the next level?

Typically in the direct sales and network marketing industry, the faces of the company and the top leaders are all males. However, women make up ~ 70% of distributors in the direct sales industry. Unfortunately, many women think that they cannot be a leader in direct sales companies because they cannot outshine the men. What is not often shown are the women behind these men who are doing just as much work as them, if not more.

Empowering Young Women Today Includes You

How can we get more women to the top of companies worldwide? We need more women to step up to the plate, so that other women have a guide. If we are empowering young women to lead, we will create a culture that will subconsciously make women believe that they are supposed to be leaders.

There are female leaders who are killing the game such as Tracey Walker, Nicole Cooper, Tammy Smith, Stormy Wellington, Esther Spina and others who took a stance and let it be known that women can dominate. It is possible to be the breadwinner and raise a family and still be beautiful and sweet at the same time!

Empowering Young Women is a Movement that includes all of us!

It is important to show the up and coming batch of women that they do not have to play background to a man or have a male sponsor to rise to the top of the ranks. There are wives, mothers, former strippers, and handicapped persons who are women that made no excuses to get it done. If you want to be that leader who makes it to the top, stop solely looking at yourself and determine how you will be empowering young women.

Like they always say, once you help someone else get what they want, you will always get what you want.

The glass ceiling that once limited a woman’s career path has paved a new road towards business ownership, where women can utilize their sharp business acumen while building strong family ties,” says Erica Nicole who left Corporate America to start YFS Magazine. After 18 corporate companies refused to give me a job on the grounds that social media was a fad, I started my own social media and digital PR firm with $1,500,” Shama explains.
